Obedience/Rally Trials
September 20-21, 2025 (AKC approved)
The SLVDC is pleased to offer two Obedience and two Rally trials each day on Sept. 20 and 21, 2025 in Potsdam, NY. This will be a two ring, two day weekend. We are pleased to welcome Nanci Hayes of Casco, ME and Darwin Boles of Kemptville, ON as Judges for the weekend.

Planned Agility Trials
There are no plans for Agility in 2025 at this time.
St. Lawrence Valley Dog Club 
is there and age minimum for the rally, my son is looking into learning and testing our dog.
He can register as a Junior Handler if he wishes to compete in Rally. That covers ages 9-18. You can find more information on the AKC website at akc.org. I did a simple search for “Rally, Junior Handler” and got around 1,000 hits onsite. I would start there to learn more and see if your son is still interested..
